Twin Lakes is the name of a set of two alpine lakes along the Elkhorn Crest trail in the southern end of the Elkhorn Mountains in Baker County, eastern Oregon. North Twin Lake was illegally stocked with catfish some time before 2008. The largest recorded rainbow trout caught from South Twin Lake weighed over 13.5 pounds (6.1 kg).
