The convention center is located in the same complex as the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara and the Santa Clara TechMart conference center.

The Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve is a public open space preserve in Santa Clara County, California, United States, in the Santa Cruz Mountains.The preserve is located along both sides of Bear Creek Road, west of State Route 17 and Lexington Reservoir, and mostly north and east of the Skyline Boulevard and Summit Road sections of State Route 35.
The preserve is managed by the Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority and was opened to public in 2002. The only access to the preserve had been from Alum Rock Park until 2014, when a new parking lot and trailhead opened along Sierra Road. [1] [2]
