Alexander enrolled at and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara. He played collegiate water polo for the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos and was named a 3rd team All-American in 2003 [3] and 2004 [4] while playing with the Gauchos.

Wolf Wigo (born May 8, 1973) is an American water polo player and water polo coach. He has played competitive water polo at the national level since age 13. Wigo was a four-year All-America collegiate water polo player and led his Stanford University team to two consecutive NCAA Championships in 1993 and 1994. [1]

The 1979 NCAA Men's Water Polo Championship was the 11th annual NCAA Men's Water Polo Championship to determine the national champion of NCAA men's college water polo. Tournament matches were played at the Belmont Plaza Pool in Long Beach, California during December 1979.
