The Rushville Historic District is a historic district in Richland Township, Fairfield County Ohio which bounds the original village of Rushville.The district is considered both historically and architecturally significant due to the preservation of many houses and commercial buildings representing a period from the 1820s to the early 1900s.
The Winegardner Village (also known as the "Swinehart Village Site") is an archaeological site near Rushville in Fairfield County, Ohio, United States. [1]Located on a flat two-part bluff, the site was formerly used as pasture until the middle of the 20th century, when it came under cultivation.
[4] [5] Eventually, it was joined by another A-26 and a North American B-25 Mitchell that were also placed on loan to the museum. [6] [7] The restoration of the first A-26 was completed in September 2009 and two years later left the museum for the 1941 Historical Aircraft Group Museum. [8] [5]
