The following is a list of current NCAA Division I baseball coaches. Currently, 302 programs compete at the Division I level in NCAA college baseball. [1] Each program employs a head coach. The longest-tenured head coach is Bob Whalen, who has been the head coach at Dartmouth since the start of the 1990 season.

In 1949, the Hoosiers hired Indiana University alum and former MLB third baseman Ernie Andres [2] to manage the team. Andres would eventually become the longest serving head coach of IU baseball, to date, amassing a 388–367–3 overall record (129–209 conference record) during his 25-year tenure.
He is head baseball coach at Indiana University. He played college baseball at the University of Dayton from 2005 to 2007 before transferring to Wright State University to play in 2008 and 2009. In 2009, he was named the Horizon League Player of the Year. He was the head baseball coach at Wright State University from 2017 to 2018.
