You know, I've lived in Canada for most of my life, and the term "parkade" isn't specific to multi-storey parking lots - plenty of outdoor, unsheltered parking lots are called parkades. Risker 01:20, 31 May 2007 (UTC) Canadian here - I've only ever heard parkade used to mean a multi-story parking garage. Otherwise it's just a parking lot.
