The link suggests uninstalling power bi then reinstall the 32-bit version, but this is a business version ran by my organization so I cannot install the 32-bits of power BI or the 64-bits of access. The only solution is to link the access data to excel or SharePoint then use the data from excel or SharePoint to create the visuals in power BI.
