I am trying to build a spirit tree in my Player owned house. I have the construction requirement l, I just need to boost my farming level to 83. I currently have 77 and I know you can boost +5 with spicy stews but my question IS can you stack that +5 with the pie that boosts farming +3 on top of that. Thanks for the replies.
Attas seed: increases the yield of farming patches. Iasor seed: decreases the chance of farming patches becoming diseased. Kronos seed: provides a chance for farming patches of the same type to skip a growth stage (e.x. all tree patches will skip a growth stage simultaneously).

For the farming boost you will need the BROWN spice, and add 3 doses per stew. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the stat changes stack (with negative) instead of resetting. If you get a 5lvl decrease stew, then a 5lvl increase stew, it negates back to the original lvl. Let's say you are lvl 70 farming. (70-5=65. Then 65+5=70).
According to my science, a herb run at 99 farming (without harmony island / farming guild patch) yields 158,285 gp profit per run at current prices. Thus, in the end the average profit of an herb/farming guild run is 271,593. Note that prices tend to go up and down a lot. Currently, seed prices are high and herb prices are low. TLDR:
