Tantrum was a seven-member rock group that released two albums on Chicago's Ovation Records label. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] The group comprised three female singers: Pam Bradley, Sandy Caulfield, and Barb Erber, as well as guitarist Ray Sapko, keyboardist Phil Balsano, bass guitarist Bill Syniar, and drummer Vern Wennerstrom.
Fitz and the Tantrums are an American indie pop and neo soul band from Los Angeles, California, that formed in 2008. The band consists of Michael Fitzpatrick (lead vocals), Noelle Scaggs (co-lead vocals and percussion), James King (saxophone, flute, keyboard, percussion and guitar), Joseph Karnes (bass guitar), and Jeremy Ruzumna (keyboards).
Thomas Tantrum, their self-titled debut album, was released on 1 September 2008. In a 24 March 2009 update, it was announced via the Thomas Tantrum Facebook page that original drummer Ken Robshaw had left the band as of 10 March.

He added a lot to Tamtrum's show including fire breathing and live support, but after a few shows he left the band and was replaced by Fixxxer (also known as Fixhead). In late 2005/early 2006 Tamtrum entered the studio to record the album Elektronic Black Mess and this for their new label Alfa Matrix .
