Thanks. I was able to use your answer to get to "Add State," open my (already filed) 2023 return in PDF, and view and print my TurboTax cover/summary sheet. For 2023, the "Add State" button seem to show up on the first page after login.

IRS 12C letter fax. I received a 12C letter from the IRS asking for support documents for my withholding. I have it all and went to fax the documents to the number provided in the letter. The problem is that ON THE 2020 RETURN, the cover page is missing - the summary page of Federal Form 140 with AGI, Taxable Income, Estimated Tax Rate, Filing Instructions - all the headline numbers. It has always been there in the past - on my 2019 return, my 2018 return, etc. etc. - it is MISSING THIS YEAR.
The PDF of my return is not printing the Cover Pages. The cover pages to both Federal and State forms used to print. The pages include sections about the refund or amount due, the tax summary and estimated tax details.

(you don't really add one; that's just to get the return to open up.) Once the return is open, then click on MY ACCOUNT up at the top.
When I print my taxes, only the forms show. I can't seem to get the summary page. I like to have this overview page for my records. I've attached the summary from last year's returns, as an example.
