I checked my hotmail settings on the computer and under the sync email settings, I enabled POP and changed the server name to the following settings but it still doesn't work. Previous server names that was used for IMAP was imap-mail.outlook.com and SMTP was smtp-mail.outlook.com but these do not seem to work anymore. New IMAP Setting (incoming)

I just want to synchronize the current file structure from the local server to OneDrive and vice versa continuously. I.E. if a user changes a local file it gets synchronized to OneDrive. If they change a OneDrive file the change gets synchronized back to the server.
A Windows Server does many things, including file share provision and management, network management (DHCP, DNS), user authentication and permissions management. If they are using a PC with Windows 10 as a "server" then there are a lot of the management tools they will not have.
