Renewal to active status requires 12 hours of continuing education (see Continuing Education or login to your record for further information).. The two-year renewal fee is $125.00 for a salesperson and $175.00 for a broker. If a licensee is unable to complete the necessary continuing education by their expiration date, they may renew to inactive status OR renew late once the hours are complete.
All KREC forms have been approved by the Commission and are in compliance with Kansas real estate license law.
