Hi Ryan, Got it, thanks. As per the link below, there seem to be 3 of these models. Now, I checked each & looks like the Realtek audio driver is only supported for Windows 7 & 8 for these Asus laptop models and not for Windows 10.

Select "Browse my computer for drivers", press the Browse button and select the folder containing the Realtek driver installer - the folder with the Setup.exe file.
