The only way to access Starz content on your cable box is by subscribing to the channel. I am aware of a Starz app on our Flex devices, but that one cannot be accessed without a direct subscription through Comcast either. This may change at some point, but for now, an online Starz subscription can only be accessed online.

I have the same problem when accessing hulu app through xfinity. The hub to connect to Starz only shows Power Series 1. Only way for me is to use the internal Samsung TV app for Hulu and it shows everything for Starz. Xfinity needs to update the software for Hulu hub connection for the add-ons.

Had this same issue, and after about 30 min of searching for an online solution, or through the xfinity webpage, the best way is to just contact an agent through the app, or page. I could've easily saved myself about 20 min if there was any indication of that on the page; maybe update it so xfinity consumers know how to deal with the Starz ...

My issue is with the new Hulu app on X1 not the STARZ app. As I said, I updated my Hulu subscription with Showtime and STARZ add-ons but they are not appearing when I use the Xfinity Hulu app. adding... you might be able to contact hulu and ask how to use your sub on the stand alone starz/showtime apps.
