I used both Browser and the Xbox app and I found Xbox app has way less input lag and playable but image quality suffer at around evenings. Browser works best at morning where less congestion. But there are a lot of input lag at evenings.
I recently got a controller and decided to try out xbox cloud gaming. I fired up No Man's Sky but I got MASSIVE input lag, like, easily 15 seconds of delay. Strangely enough, I don't have this problem when streaming brotato or forza horizon 5.

i think what they mean is, every game that’s available on pc. not console exclusives. sure, the xbox store version of State of Decay may only contain the coding for xbox controller inputs, but there’s code from the pc version for mouse and keyboard. it can’t be that hard to patch that in, they don’t even need the dev team to do anything except maybe give permission.
He’s saying he is trying to “game” chat through fortnite and not “party” chat through Xbox, probably because his friends use a different console than Xbox. I have the same issue. Only on fortnite can I not use game chat with cloud gaming. It’s beta. The perfect excuse to not work. Lol

That's for all games. Cloud gaming and remote play are 2 different things. For cloud gaming the games have to be on Game Pass Ultimate. Remote play is just a way to connect you to your console, so you would be able to access almost everything you can your console normally.
xBox app on pc: very good in terms of stability and lag once again, and also visually, but it has constant refresh line like screen tearing that are very annoying. Microsoft Edge : maybe the best in terms of visual clearance, but lags every now and then.
