They want the broken parts back for testing and are replacing them. They asked me if I wanted a shirt or cap to cover my shipping.

March 30, 2011 at 1:53 pm #1271532. I’ve recently been running into issues with the clackin’ minnows and x raps bills breaking off. I looked last night and I have 2 clackin minnows, four x-raps and four DT’s with broken bills. The clackin’ minnows were cast a total of ten times or less. Very annoying at $16 a pop.
4) 01/13/2014. I found out there isn’t a way to contact strikemaster directly via telephone and talk to a human. So I sent an email to them with my problem. The response back referred me to a Strikemaster Authorized Service Center in my Area. 5) 01/14/2014.
I had 4 of these break on wipers today. The metal pulled out of the tail. I purchased 6 this winter from a bait shop that is out of business now. SOL or will Rapala replace? If so,who is a contact. FYI I also bought 6 smash shad last week and they will not troll over 2 MPH
Previously when the service was provided directly by Strikemaster their main source of income was from selling their products and the free service was offered as a bonus to encourage you to continue to buy their products. Unfortunately the days of mom and pop shops are fading away quickly, but I definitly wouldn’t hold it against SM or Rapala.
I just tried to charge my Ice Force lithium battery with my lithium charger however the red light just flashes at me.
Give Rapala customer service a call in the AM and I bet they mail you out a new one without you having to drive anywhere. 952-933-7060
