Chase Tower (formerly known as Valley Bank Center and Bank One Center) is a 40-story skyscraper at 201 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. Opened in 1972, the building was designed by architects Welton Becket and Fred M. Guirey. The skyscraper is located in Central Avenue Corridor, an economic and residential region of Downtown Phoenix.
Arizona Center underwent a major renovation from 2017 to 2019. The Arizona Center took huge hits from the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 [5] and 2021. The white collar office workers from One Arizona Center, the APS high rise, and other downtown Phoenix office buildings started to work from home during the pandemic, and have never fully come back.
