The "least risky" option is simply not having Wikipedia. I don’t think that’s the goal of Wikipedia—to discourage its readers from using it. If the choice is “either read Wikipedia and risk having anxiety attacks or don’t read it at all,” then it’s clear the situation is bad and requires change.
