    Wow. I live in Bairnsdale and I can tell you that our phone numbers ALL start with 03 51. the next digit for our area is either 52 or 53 therefore our phone numbers are (03) 5152 xxxx or (03) 5153 xxxx. You need to remove the supposed "41" for our region phone number.
