Lahore High Court. Muhammad Ameer Bhatti (Urdu: محمد امیر بھٹی; born 7 March 1961) is a Pakistani jurist who served as 51st Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court from 7 July 2021 to 7 March 2023. [1] He became a Justice of the Lahore High Court on 12 May 2011 and served until 7 March 2023. [2]
The matter of his recovery is subjudice in a case filed at Lahore High Court (LHC). The Chief Justice of the LHC Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti heard the case. During a hearing on 22 May 2023, the police chief of Punjab, Usman Anwar appeared clueless about the missing journalists whereabouts and asked for more time from the court to locate him. [25]
Following the completion of the hearing on the case, the Supreme Court on 1 October 2021 ordered the release of Saad Hussain Rizvi.
