H-S Precision Pro 2000 HTR ("heavy tactical rifle") [1] is a bolt-action sniper rifle.It was designed and manufactured by the American company H-S Precision, Inc. The rifle is very accurate: 0.8 minute of angle with 7.62×51mm NATO, about 0.4 minute of angle with match-grade ammunition and about 0.15 minute of angle with custom handloads.
The rifle is manufactured at the U.S. Repeating Arms Company (owned by FN de Herstal) to FN specifications using Winchester Model 70 actions. All current models of the SPR come in one of a variety of McMillan synthetic stocks. The earliest rifles were shipped in the H-S Precision aluminum chassis fiberglass version of the Winchester Marksman stock.

The Steyr HS .50 and the Steyr HS .460 are single-shot anti-materiel rifles manufactured by Steyr Mannlicher and chambered in .50 BMG and .460 Steyr, respectively.Unlicensed variants of the HS. 50 include the AM-50 Sayyad produced by Iran, the Golan S-01 produced by Syria and the Al-Ghoul rifle produced by the Al-Qassam Brigades.
The rifle is chambered for the .308 Winchester cartridge as well as the .223 Remington, .243 Winchester, 7mm Remington Magnum, .300 Winchester Magnum, .300 Remington Ultra Magnum and .338 Lapua Magnum. The 700P has a 26" barrel and aluminum block bedding in its stock made by HS Precision.
Production started around 2004 together with the Steyr HS .460. The ammunition was developed for precision rifles for sport shooters, with the focus on the long range and bypassing the 12.7 × 99 mm NATO caliber, the use of which is prohibited in many European countries for non-official purposes.
