Heilig-Geist-Kirche (Church of the Holy Spirit; lit. ' Holy Ghost Church ' ) is a Gothic hall church in Munich , southern Germany , originally belonging to the Hospice of the Holy Ghost (14th century).
The crypt contains the tombs of the Archbishops of Munich and Freising and among others of these members of the Wittelsbach dynasty: Cenotaph of Emperor Louis IV by Hans Krumpper. They consist of a gilt-covered and gem-studded skeleton, located in a glass case, with false eyes in her skull, which is wrapped in netting. Jewels cover the mouth of the relic's rotten teeth. [2]
