The school district operates five elementary schools (East Coventry, North Coventry, East Vincent, West Vincent, and French Creek), one middle school, and one high school (Owen J. Roberts High School). Its administration occupies the Warwick administration building, which used to be Warwick elementary school. The district has around 4,800 students.
Following the completion, Lakeview Elementary was closed, moving the district from five buildings to four. Plans to remodel Coventry High School opened up the opportunity to put the freshman class back at Coventry High School, which previously housed grades 10–12. Plans to build a gym at the high school were turned down by the community.

In 1956, the school district was formed and construction began on Coventry High School. The doors were opened and classes began on September 6, 1956. The original structure contained four hallways and a somewhat central courtyard.
