LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man who was fatally shot by a California Highway Patrol officer in a struggle on a freeway that was captured on video was a 34-year-old from Los Angeles, officials said Tuesday.
A report of a shooting between people in two vehicles came in at 3:24 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. A man who'd been wounded during the incident was later found at a hospital.
