Mountain View High School (MVHS) is located at 3535 Truman Avenue, Mountain View, California, 94040. It is one of two Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District public high schools - the other being Los Altos High School. The three main feeder schools are Graham Middle School, Crittenden Middle School, and Blach Intermediate School.
Murrieta Valley High School (MVHS), colloquially known as MV or Murrieta, opened in 1990 as the first four-year comprehensive high school in Murrieta, California, United States. The school is nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Plateau, at the western end of the city. It is operated by the Murrieta Valley Unified School District.
Mountain View High School opened 46 years ago in 1979 as the second high school in the greater Bend area. [4] It was the first new high school in the area since Bend High School had opened in 1904, and the two schools remained the only traditional high schools in Bend until Summit High School opened in 2001 (Marshall High School is a magnet high school also located in Bend). Mountain View High School was founded in 1902. Its school mascot is the Spartan. The 2018-19 school year had 2,062 students in attendance. The student population was 51% male and 49% female. Its racial makeup was 40% White, 24% Asian, 23% Hispanic, 11% Two or More Races and 2% Black. [10]
Midland Valley was founded in 1980 as the merger of two other schools, Langley Bath Clearwater and Leavelle McCampbell. [citation needed] Those schools became middle schools. MVHS celebrated its first graduating class in 1981.

It was formed in 1989 as a result of the merger of the towns' high schools. During the 2007–08 school year, MVHS had 589 enrolled students, 64 faculty and 147 students in the graduating class. The school is accredited [2] through the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. [3] [4]
