The official mascot for the 2025 SEA Games, designed by Tawich Jitthiang, was chosen through a nationwide contest. The mascot, named Mawin (Thai: มาวิน, RTGS: Mawin, pronounced), is a Waree Kunchorn, a mythical animal from the Himavanta.
