Pius XII Memorial Library is an academic library located on the Saint Louis University Frost Campus. Named after Pope Pius XII and built in 1959, it occupies 215,000 square feet and houses over 1.3 million volumes, including more than 30,000 rare books.
The Church of Scientology owned the building between 1974 and 1985. In 1988, Saint Louis University acquired the mansion and converted it to become an annex to its law school, previously housed in the adjacent Morrissey Hall. WVMM is Messiah University's student-operated radio station, located at 90.7 MHz FM. The station is known by its listeners as "The Pulse". Messiah College had a radio station from 1970–1983. On October 6, 1989, WVMM was resumed, this time as an over-the-air FM radio station. Prior to that, it was heard only on campus.
