Annor, also known as Ama Otu Be, was a Deaconess of the Church of Pentecost and hailed from Adukrom in the Central Region of Ghana. She had seven children. [5] Annor died on 22 February 2015 at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, aged 66. [6] [7] [5] The cause was unpublicized, though she had liver and kidney ailments since October 2014. [8]

Danny Nettey was known for writing songs for most gospel artistes in the country and songs which were being ministered in his local church. He attended High school at Accra Academy [3] where he became the music director and also the President of the local Scripture Union Fellowship. [1]
With over fifty songs DoG-J are recognised as having the most number of songs by a Ghanaian Gospel Artist. They released their maiden album Anwanwa Do in 1990, which gained them prominence throughout Ghana. As of 2019, they had released 12 albums.
