Re: "Linkedin Learning" app for Roku? It sounds like the problem is with the channel (or lack thereof) not the device. Consider it like this, Microsoft Windows is the O/S, but if software like Photoshop or Quickbooks doesn't work, you wouldn't contact Microsoft about it.

5. Reinstall the TCN app onto your Roku device and perform another Roku device reboot. 6. Launch TCN on Roku and try to Sign-in from the upper right icon using the TCN credentials. 7. We would recommend the correct troubleshooting sequence below: Remove the channel: navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel. Perform a system reboot: navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart.
Since there is apparently no way to contact Roku customer service I will come here. Every single thing I use on Roku has had sound until yesterday. Netflix failed to have any no sound. Everything else has sound. I tried some of the vague troubleshooting I found online and it worked. But today, the sound is off again and nothing will get it back.
MAX Pause function not working correctly. Channel store - cannot add applications. I am triying to add Disney, Amazon Video, HBO MAX, all of which offer services in my country and I own a subscription but the Add buton is greyed out, cannot add any of these or others. All I can do in the Channel Store is to search an app and look at the Details, but no add button is functional.
For some, a "System restart" found under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (depending on your Roku model) fixes it. At least one person reported that moving an app by highlighting it and pressing * on the Roku remote and choosing "Move app" gets it to appear. It can always be moved back. If either of those works, let us know.
