The internal hard drive is not meant to be taken out and swapped, but you can always just buy an external hard drive for pretty good prices. I know the console can work with most externals but personally I use Western Digital on Amazon you can them for a variety of prices. 1TB- $44.99. 2TB- $64.99. 4TB- $99.99.

Hi. I had a 2 year old Digi only One S in with a failed hard drive. Now i fitted a 500gig as thats the only official size i had to hand, but my question is when i formatted a 750 gig drive it gave a user folder of 500 gig but i didn't fit it as it's not an official capacity. Would fitting this drive have raised any issue's regarding M$ servers ...

By in large, all seemed to go well and the os was successfully installed and the xbox one x works fine. The only issue is that I now only have about 1.5 to of internal storage whereas I would have expected to have about 3.5/3.6bfor storage with the rest being partitioned for the os. So I've basically lost about 2tb of potential storage.
