Jun Senoue (瀬上 純, Senoue Jun, born August 2, 1970) is a Japanese composer and guitarist. He is a sound director for the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series by Sega and serves as the songwriter of the Japanese-American rock duo Crush 40, which he formed with Johnny Gioeli in 2000.
Afterward, Senoue and Gioeli continued recording music for further Sonic titles, as well as their own original songs. Crush 40 has released a total of two studio albums, two live albums, two compilations, an EP, and individual tracks, mostly under Sega's Wave Master label.
Gioeli will perform songs from his band Crush40, which provides the primary soundtrack for Sega’s "Sonic The Hedgehog" video games and movies.
