Salud Ortiz Carbajal [3] (/ s ə ˈ l uː d ˈ k ɑːr b ə h ɑː l / sə-LOOD KAR-bə-hahl; born November 18, 1964) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for California's 24th congressional district since 2017. He is a member of the Democratic Party, and his district covers Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara.

The district, numbered as the 22nd District from 1998 to 2003 and the 23rd from 2003 to 2013, includes all of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties and a portion of Ventura County.
