Kawaki (Japanese: カワキ) is a fictional character in Ukyō Kodachi and Mikio Ikemoto's manga Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.Initially appearing in the flashforward in the series debut, Kawaki is a young man and later genetically an Ōtsutsuki who apparently would become the nemesis of the series' lead character, Boruto Uzumaki.

Amado gives Kawaki a weaponized version of Isshiki's Karma. Kawaki uses it to escape from the village. Boruto notices that he can sense his chakra and tries to inform his father, but he does not believe it and talks to the sensors. In order not to lose Kawaki, Boruto has to run after him while the sensors monitor his chakra.
However, Urashiki remains with the upperhand and tries to take Naruto once again. When Jiraiya is wounded shielding the attack, the young ninja is filled with rage, awakening Kurama's chakra. Boruto manages to calm Naruto and the two join forces with Jiraiya and Sasuke to kill Urashiki.
However, Momoshiki revives his vessel and heals him using the Karma. After these events, an increasingly mentally unstable Kawaki seeks to kill Boruto permanently to protect Naruto. He seals Naruto and Hinata in another dimension, then tries to kill Boruto once again, slashing his right eye while Boruto saves Sarada from Kawaki's attack.
