Star Wars: The Bad Batch is an American animated television series created by Dave Filoni for the streaming service Disney+.It is part of the Star Wars franchise and a spin-off from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, continuing from the end of that series to depict the aftermath of Order 66 and the end of the Clone Wars.
Star Wars: The Bad Batch was the first series to be released on Disney+ in 2021, followed by Star Wars: Visions that same year and Tales of the Jedi in 2022. Those series were followed by four live-action series, The Mandalorian , The Book of Boba Fett , Andor , Obi-Wan Kenobi , Ahsoka with The Acolyte set to be released on Disney+ in 2024.
