It has an area of 1,883.33 km 2 and a population of 652,329 at the 2010 census, [ 2 ] increasing to 765,836 at the 2020 census; [ 3 ] the official estimate at mid-2023 was 799,999 (comprising 396,130 males and 403,869 females).
