Tout le monde en parle (French pronunciation: [tu l(ə) mɔ̃d ɑ̃ paʁl]; "Everyone's Talking About It") is a Quebec talk show hosted and co-produced by Guy A. Lepage, broadcast on Télévision de Radio-Canada / Ici Radio-Canada Télé since 2004, and simulcast on the radio on Ici Radio-Canada Première.
TVA traces its roots to 1963, when CJPM-TV in Chicoutimi, a station only a few months old and in need of revenue, began sharing programs with the largest privately owned francophone station in Canada, CFTM-TV in Montreal. They were joined by CFCM-TV in Quebec City in 1964 after CFCM lost its Radio-Canada affiliation to newly-launched CBVT.
In 1999, Radio-Canada applied to the CRTC for a license to launch a third all-news station in Montreal, on the 690 AM frequency CBF had surrendered in 1997 when it moved to FM.
