Land-en-Zeezicht is a neighbourhood of Somerset West, in the Western Cape, South Africa.It was originally part of the historic Vergelegen wine estate. In 1914, Hendrik Hendriksz came into possession of the area known as Land-en-Zeezicht, building his mansion on Verster Avenue.

Vergelegen's Cape Dutch house, gardens and winery are open to visitors. Interesting features of any visit include a trip up the mountain to the winery plant, and a walk under the vast Camphor laurels ( Cinnamomum camphora ) planted by Willem van der Stel in about 1705 which have been declared a protected provincial heritage site . The V&A Waterfront is a central part of the very beginning of the settlement of the city of Cape Town.
