The Utah League of Cities and Towns (ULCT) was founded in 1907 for the purpose of advocating municipal interests in the state of Utah. ULCT is a non-partisan , inter-local, government cooperative. The League now represents 245 incorporated municipalities in the state.

Millcreek is a city in Salt Lake County, Utah, United States, and part of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. The population as of the 2020 census was 63,380. [2] Prior to its incorporation on December 28, 2016, Millcreek was a census-designated place (CDP) and township.
Elk Ridge is a city in Utah County, Utah, United States. It originally incorporated as a town named Salem Hills. It changed its name in 1978 to Elk Ridge, named for the herds of elk that wintered in the area. It is part of the Provo–Orem, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 4,687 at the time of the 2020 census.
Cedar Highlands was the first town incorporated after the 2016 Utah State Legislature changed the process of incorporation to be overseen by the office of the Lieutenant Governor’s rather than by local county governments. [6] On May 14, 2020, the town voted 73-12 in favor of disbanding and reverting to unincorporated status. [7]
