I could use Unistrut Product Group or Unistrut Product Group I planned on a three tier verticle tower..with square frames off of the main pole for three burners..it seems simple but wanted to get some ideas as to one parts to use..They are plenty strong and have some nice fittings to make a frame with out any welding. any thoughts?

If you're really concerned about the weld quality on the unistrut, you could add a small plate (a bit wider than the unistrut) between the unistrut and the HSS - weld the plate to the unistrut on the ground/in the shop where the legs hit the plate, and then weld the plate to the HSS as you have detailed. The beam clamp assemblies (Unistrut P2785) are rated at 1,000 or 1,200 lbs depending on the literature you are using. Do not calculate the threaded rod separately.
I would suggest the use of GP bracket to connect 100C purlins to the ZEE purlins running perpendicular between the ZEEs. I would then use a "vertical mounting plate" as linked from your unistrut catalogue or similar into the web of the C purling to be able to neatly drop the threaded rod down where you need it.
