my system – Windows 10 x64. I noticed that when I ran services.msc, Windows Update does not appear in the list of services – it should be after Windows Time and before Windows Update Medic Service.

Created on December 14, 2019. WINDWS 10, mmc.exe, services.msc "This app has been blocked for your protection". Turned out to be Cryptsvc was disabled [cryptographic services]; rebooting the computer allowed the system to check certs; processhacker allowed me to restart the service and fix the problem, "net start cryptsvc" did not work for me.
1-Start > Type Command Prompt in the search bar and right-click it > Run as an administrator. 2-Type sfc /scannow and press Enter to execute the command. After that SFC will scan all protected system files and repair the corrupted one including services. Restart your computer and check if it acts normal or not.
