Jack Britto (16 August 1926 – 16 September 2013) was an Olympic field hockey player. Belonging to Karachi's Goan community, [1] he attended Saint Patrick's High School, Karachi where he was one of the star hockey players. He went on to play for the Pakistan national hockey team, where he played right half. [2]
During this period Pakistan's most successful competition were the Hockey Champions Trophy (Third place: 2002, 2003,2004). Pakistan won the 2000 Sultan Azlan Shah Cup becoming the first team to defend the title. Pakistan finished fourth at the 2002 Asian Games, first time the team failed to win a medal at the event.
