Washington Township is one of the eleven townships of Warren County, Ohio, United States. Located in the east-central part of the county, it is the only one of the eleven that does not contain a municipality. The population was 2,752 at the 2020 census.

The trolley lines along Far Hills Avenue through Oakwood and Kettering had not been in use since 2016 despite being along major GDRTA routes service the southern suburbs of Dayton. In 2024, GDRTA, the City of Oakwood, and the city of Kettering partnered to remove the trolley infrastructure along Far Hills Avenue by 2025. [17]
