Can be high hematocrit. Not sure if it can be also caused by high T. Polycythemia is common with steroid use, consider lowering dose. Increase in red blood cell production due to the testosterone. It results in increased hematocrit level (essentially thick, syrupy blood) and redness in the face.

My face gets red when my e2 gets high. My high e2 signs are red face and edema. Not just face but my whole body, it’s called secondary polycythemia due to elevated HCT. When I’m on gear my HCT runs into low 60’s but with no negative sides. Blood pressure and everything else is perfect at this level.
