Trying to be unbiased here, (Firefox user) Brave isn't technically bad but it once inserted referral codes in binance links and BAT is sketchy . Edit : They inserted the codes so the browser would earn money. BAT stands for Basic Attention Token and is basically Brave's cryptocurrency. Reply reply. KalAnimations.
Honestly, I love Brave Browser (I know this thread is a year old) because it puts those damn sites in their places. For example, igg-games won't let you download unless you disable any ad blockers. But Brave bypasses that somehow and will let you download from igg-games without having to disable those.
Wish the mobile version better integrated with 3rd party password managers like LastPass. In my opinions Brave is a good browser but firefox is better. it's idealy for a secondarie browser. I think the concept and functionality of the browser is amazing.
good latency. Cons: no statistics (just on/off toggle) did not know how to synchronize the subscription from PC to the mobile, so I bought on my mobile and synced it to my PC. Brave Browser Review. WAS a good multi- functional browser whereby everything worked seamlessly. Last three updates, not so much: Address bar moved to bottom, no option to bring to top.
My review about Brave. I tried to use Brave for about 2 weeks, and I got my own review about Brave: The good things: More private than others. The low resource usage. The community ( I can find almost all problems and questions on Brave community. Private with Tor help me to visit the website that is not available in my country.
Basically all Chromium based browser are safe. Think Google is going a great job here to make the browser secure. Brave has one of the best "out of the box" privacy settings out there. Without any tweaking Brave does already a good job to protect your privacy. Cannot compete with hardened Firefox or similar browsers. Functions. Personal choice.
