Hi there. For the last 2 or 3 days I can no longer open my email messages from my Outlook Inbox on my laptop, which has Windows 10. I can see the new/unread emails in the Inbox but when I click on any of them the Inbox goes blank and the message just won't open. Also, my name is no longer displayed in the top right corner of the Outlook page.

Hi, It actually depends on how you access your emails and the application that you're using for Outlook.com. If you're using Mail app on iPhone, it will depend on how you set it up. On your PC, if your using a web-based Outlook to access your emails, you should always be able to see your junk folder..
