I am in Hong Kong but am not Chinese, but my MSN webpage is only in local Chinese without even a tab for ENGLISH. How can I change it back to English version? Its very annoying and biased I think not to let non-Chinese have such an important option to choose language.

Since yesterday whenever I turn on my PC Google Chrome (which is my default brower) automatically opens a MSN web page. This is very annoying as I don't always want chrome to open, and I do not want to see the MSN website. Does anyone know how to stop this happening? I don't think its a virus as I've scanned to check. Go to settings/languages. There were Chinese languages in the list (simplified and traditional). Just remove them (I have set Edge in English United State as default, it was in English, I don't know if it is a required step though). Then restart Edge, and my news are back in my language (French).
