Foley, who acted as a strategist in the development of Aurora Health Care System, which would become Wisconsin’s largest healthcare provider, died at 83 in 1978. Lardner, who also served as the president of the United States Golf Association, died after drowning in the Milwaukee River. [10] Lardner is survived by four grandchildren.

William Pitt Lynde (December 16, 1817 – December 18, 1885) was an American lawyer, Democratic politician, and Wisconsin pioneer. He was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for three terms, representing Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin in the 30th, 44th, and 45th congresses.
Hopkins & Sutter acquired the lobbying and public policy law firm of Leonard, Ralston, Sutter & Remington in 1997. [2] [3] The firm merged with Foley & Lardner in 2000 and all of its 130 attorneys joined that national firm, though many partners have since departed in the years following the merger.
Hagedorn was an attorney at the Milwaukee firm Foley & Lardner until 2009, when he was appointed as a law clerk to Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman. [3] In 2010, Hagedorn was employed as an assistant attorney general in the Wisconsin Department of Justice, under Attorney General J. B. Van Hollen.
