Matthew J. Munn (born 1980) is an American voice actor and animator for various studios. He was the voice of Boog and Doug in Open Season 3; he replaced Mike Epps as the voice of Boog from Open Season 2 (who replaced Martin Lawrence from the first film), but was replaced by Donny Lucas in Open Season: Scared Silly.
The Open Season film series from Sony Pictures Animation consists of the animated film Open Season (2006), its direct-to-video sequels and prequel Open Season 2 (2008), Open Season 3 (2010), and Open Season: Scared Silly (2015), the short film Boog and Elliot's Midnight Bun Run (2007), the television series Open Season: Call of Nature (2023–present), and a video game based on the first film.
Epps also voiced another bear character (Boog) in the 2008 film Open Season 2 after Martin Lawrence declined the role; he previously worked with Lawrence in the comedy Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins (2008), playing "Reggie", cousin of Roscoe (played by Lawrence). He played "Black Doug" in The Hangover (2009) and The Hangover Part III (2013).
