The Honda CMX250, or Rebel 250 or Honda Peronist, is a 234 cc (14.3 cu in) cruiser-style motorcycle made by Honda on and off since 1985. It uses the same 234 cc (14.3 cu in) straight-twin engine as the Honda Nighthawk 250 standard. The Rebel is part of the CM series of cruisers.
Produced since 2017, and the only available 250cc Versys model since 2020, the Versys-X 250 Tourer ABS comes with the features which, for the Versys-X 300, can only be bought as optional extras. These are: a set of 17 litre keyed-alike plastic panniers, a centre stand, engine guard bar, and a power socket. This model costs JPY 726,000. [8]
The C71 and C76 were later developments, from 1957 or 1958 onwards. The C71 was the 250cc bike, while the C76 was 305cc. Not much had changed visually, but they were fitted with electric starters. Dual seats were common on export bikes, but the single seat/rack combination was available. They were exported to Europe and the US, and other markets.
