Go into your me@walmart, login, and on the main screen, below where it says "your schedule", there's a large oval button that says "report an absence". Tap on that. Answer the 3 questions & submit. I've seen associates call out on PlanIt and still have a no call show up in pending exceptions the next day. The confirmation number helps me confirm they did, in fact, call out. Walmart systems love to stop working together randomly; I wouldn't take the risk of not having your confirmation number at least available. 11.
